Sagle is in Bonner County, roughly an hour north of our Post Falls shop, so we plan the day around the route. The nearest NOAA normals we use are for Coeur dāAlene, which show about 25.4 inches of precipitation a year, December precipitation near 3.47 inches and January lows near 26.2Ā°F. Wet, cold months are normal for a North Idaho garage. Croc Coatings has installed 1,700+ floors across North Idaho and Eastern Washington, with six listings in Sagle. Weather figures are from the NOAA 1991ā2020 climate normals for the Coeur dāAlene station, which is south of Sagle and the nearest we use.

The slab is ground open, with HEPA vacuums on the grinder to control dust.
2: Repairing Your Floors
Cracks, stem-wall joints and pits are filled with Penntek menders.
3: Applying the Base-Coat
A self-priming Penntek polyurea base-coat is rolled across the floor.
4: Hand-Casting the Chip
Flake is cast over the wet base-coat for color and texture.
5: Scraping the Chip
After curing, loose flake is scraped and vacuumed up.
6: Sealing the Clear Coat
A UV-resistant polyaspartic clear coat seals the floor.
