A diamond grinder opens the surface, with HEPA vacuums on the grinder for dust control.
2: Repairing Your Floors
Cracks, joints and spalls are filled with Penntek menders.
3: Applying the Base-Coat
A Penntek polyurea base-coat is rolled across the slab.
4: Hand-Casting the Chip
Flake is broadcast by hand until the base-coat is covered.
5: Scraping the Chip
After curing, loose flake is scraped and vacuumed away.
6: Sealing the Clear Coat
A UV-resistant polyaspartic topcoat is rolled on to seal the floor.
