The July 2026 Moscow garage serves as a residential workshop and storage space. Vertical cracks and spalling were repaired, the slab was ground and moisture-tested, and an XP 275 urea basecoat and Travertine Hybrid flake went down under a NX 300 polyaspartic topcoat.

How It Works
How a Moscow basement or garage is installed:

The concrete is ground open, with HEPA vacuums for dust control.
2: Repairing Your Floors
Cracks and spalls are repaired with Penntek menders.
3: Applying the Base-Coat
A Penntek urea or polyurea base-coat is rolled on.
4: Hand-Casting the Chip
Flake is cast by hand over the wet base-coat.
5: Scraping the Chip
Once cured, loose flake is scraped and vacuumed away.
6: Sealing the Clear Coat
A polyaspartic topcoat is rolled on to finish the surface.
