Harrison is on Lake Coeur dāAlene, south of our Post Falls shop. We use NOAAās 1991ā2020 normals for Coeur dāAlene as the closest station: about 25.4 inches of precipitation a year, December precipitation near 3.47 inches and January lows near 26.2Ā°F. Patios by the water take weather from every direction. Croc Coatings has installed 1,700+ floors across North Idaho and Eastern Washington, with six listings in Harrison. Weather figures are from the NOAA 1991ā2020 climate normals for the Coeur dāAlene station, the nearest we use.

The newest Harrison listing, from July 2026, is a farmhouse-style home with a large covered patio and connecting walkways in Chestnut flake. The Showcase says the weathered concrete was transformed into a uniform finish that suits the landscape.
Garages in Pebble Beach and Slate Hybrid
Harrison has two garage listings. One from April 2025 uses Pebble Beach flake, and one from November 2024 uses Slate Hybrid. The Slate Hybrid caption calls it a beautiful new Croc Floor. The photos show light speckled floors along white walls.

A June 2025 Harrison patio is coated in Travertine. It has four photos and no written description. The photos show a patio slab near a stone-and-wood house edge.

How It Works
The steps on a Harrison floor:
1: Preparing Your Floors
A diamond grinder opens the concrete, with HEPA vacuums for dust control.
2: Repairing Your Floors
Cracks and joints are filled with Penntek menders.
3: Applying the Base-Coat
A Penntek polyurea base-coat is rolled on.
4: Hand-Casting the Chip
Flake is cast by hand over the wet base-coat.
5: Scraping the Chip
After curing, loose flake is scraped and vacuumed up.
6: Sealing the Clear Coat
A UV-resistant polyaspartic topcoat is rolled on to finish.
