What changes your price
- Garage size. Bigger floors cost more in total but less per square foot, because prep and setup have a fixed cost. See the table above.
- Concrete condition and crack repair. A floor with some cracks and minor pitting adds $300. Extensive cracks and pitting add $700. Removing a coating that is already on the floor is $2.00 per sq ft.
- Moisture. Concrete that holds moisture can change what prep a floor needs. Any change to your price is confirmed at your on-site visit, before you decide.
- Flake and color. Your flake color choice is part of the install. Custom color flake chips are $500.
- Add-ons. Entry steps, anti-slip additive and stem walls are priced below.
- Location and travel. We install in Eastern Washington and North Idaho, and QuickQuote checks your address. If a travel charge applies to your location, we tell you at your free on-site visit.
